"ZERO Cancer gives our donors high-touch personalized donor communications, so we utilize the phone a lot. We end up spending hundreds of staff hours leaving messages during campaigns that could be better utilized in the field or generating new leads. Inevitably we are not usually able to call donors who give gifts under $100 but we know that those smaller gifts can add up quickly to significant revenue.
